Justice Minister meets members of 11th intake of Prime Minister's Fellowship Programme
Nawaf bin Mohammed Al Maawda, Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments, met with members of the 11th intake of the Prime Minister's Fellowship Programme.

Minister Al Maawda said the programme reflects Bahrain's continued commitment to investing in national talent by preparing qualified national cadres capable of supporting the Kingdom's comprehensive development process.

The minister underscored that developing and empowering national talent remains a key approach to advancing government performance, as national talent is central to sustaining achievements, enhancing the quality of government services, and supporting national development goals.

Minister Al Maawda reviewed the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments' strategy, institutional vision and objectives, as well as its ongoing projects, initiatives, and future plans to develop justice, Islamic affairs, and endowments services. He highlighted the ministry's focus on expanding digital transformation and adopting modern technologies and best practices to enhance the quality and efficiency of its services.

He also highlighted the ministry's cooperation with the private sector to develop the justice and legal services system. He noted that these partnerships have led to the creation of new professional fields, including notarial and enforcement services, personal data protection professions, and the regulation and licensing of dispute resolution mediators, contributing to a more efficient justice system in line with evolving requirements.

The minister wished the members of the 11th intake continued success and encouraged them to make the most of the programme to develop their skills and capabilities, enabling them to contribute to the continued advancement of government performance and national achievements.

For their part, members of the 11th intake expressed their appreciation for the minister's support for developing and empowering national talent, affirming their commitment to serving Bahrain with a spirit of responsibility and teamwork.
