HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister issues Edict (34) of 2023

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today issued Edict (34) of 2023, restructuring the Council of Guardianship on the Money of the Minors and their Equivalents, based on the nomination of the Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments, and following the Cabinet’s approval.

According to the edict, the Council of Guardianship on the Money of the Minors and their Equivalents shall be chaired by the Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments, and comprise the following members:


1- Redha Abdulla Faraj

2- Jassim Ahmed Al Mehza

3- Abduljalil Ali Ahmed Al-Hayki

4- Dr. Malallah Jaafar Al-Hammadi

5- Faisal Abdulaziz Al-Dosari

6- Dr. Raed Ibrahim Al-Jowder

7- Nusaiba Ahmed Al-Madani

8- Mohammad AbdulKhaleq Al-Dalawer

Members shall serve a renewable two-year term.

The Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments shall implement the provisions of this edict, which takes effect upon its issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.
