HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister issues Edict (17) of 2025
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today issued Edict (17) of 2025 on transferring human resources and financial directors from all ministries in the Kingdom to the Ministry of Finance and National Economy. The decision was based on the Minister of Finance and National Economy's proposal and following the Cabinet's approval.
The decision states:
Article (l)
The following individuals shall be transferred from government entities to the Ministry of Finance and National Economy to assume the position of Director of Human Resources and Finance under the Assistant Undersecretary for Shared Financial Services:
1. Sarah Anees Mohammed Al Ruwaie – Supreme Council for Environment Executive Body
2. Mozon Abdulaziz Ghuloom Al Majed – National Bureau for Revenue
3. Shaikha Maram bint Rashid Al Khalifa – Survey and Land Registration Bureau
4. Latifa Abdulla Tarsh Al Dossary – National Communication Centre
5. Maryam Fouad Abdulrahim Kamal – Bahrain Institute of Public Administration
6. Wijdan Ahmed Abdulla Al Bin Ali – Real Estate Regulatory Authority
7. Manal Ali Yousif Al Doy – Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities
8. Shaikh Ahmed bin Isa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa – Urban Planning and Development Authority
9. Abdulrahman Ismail Mohammed Al Housani – Legislation and Legal Opinion Commission
10. Muneera Mubarak Al Fadhel – Information and eGovernment Authority
11. Ameera Jafar Akbar Ali – Education and Training Quality Authority
12. Jenan Abbas Moosa Hussain – Ministry of Information
13. Ahmed Ali Ahmed Ajaj – Ministry of Social Development
14. Fajer Yousif Mohammed Saleh – Ministry of Health
15. Nabeel Rabie Mohammed Rabie – Ministry of Industry and Commerce
16. Alya Abdulaziz Abdulrahman Murad – Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs, and Endowments
17. Sharifa Ali Ahmed Al Hajeri – Ministry of Labour
18. Laila Hassan Ahmed Ali – Ministry of Finance and National Economy
19. Rashid Salah Abdulla Al Jalahma – Ministry of Oil and Environment
20. Maryam Issa Ali Mohammed Awadh – Ministry of Youth Affairs
21. Fatima Abdulaziz Al Ahmed – Ministry of Cabinet Affairs
22. Naif Abdulaziz Mohammed Al Fadhel – Ministry of Shura and Representatives Councils Affairs
Article (ll)
The Minister of Finance and National Economy shall assign the directors mentioned in Article (l) to oversee human resources and financial management in any government entity in the Kingdom. They shall be subject to the regulations governing shared financial services employees, provided these do not conflict with the nature of human resources functions.
Article (lll)
Ministers and relevant officials shall implement this decision, which shall take effect the day following its publication in the Official Gazette.
