Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Bahrain Economic Development Board (EDB), today issued Edict (3) of 2024, amending provisions of Edict (1) of 2022, regarding the restructuring of the Board of Directors of Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company (Mumtalakat).

Article (I)
The Minister of Cabinet Affairs shall be appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company (Mumtalakat), replacing the Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications. The term of membership shall extend until the end of the current board's tenure.

Article (II)
This edict shall take effect from the date of its issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.
